These drawings represent years of Tuesday night life drawing sessions. Sketched quickly on newsprint paper, poses range from 2 minute gesture drawings to longer 30 minute poses. My favorite tools are conté crayon and Prismacolor Artstix. I enjoy getting into the flow of quick glances from model to paper; the process of translating what I'm seeing into lines and colour.
